Life is like this
- For thousands of years, Israel has been a burning wasteland, just as Moses prophesied:
"Your children who follow you in later generations and foreigners who come from distant lands will see the calamities that have fallen on the land and the diseases with which the LORD has afflicted it. The whole land will be a burning waste of salt and sulfur--nothing planted, nothing sprouting, no vegetation growing on it." (Deuteronomy 29:22-23)
However, Isaiah prophesied that the desert will bloom again and be fruitful in the end-times:"The desert and the parched land will be glad; the wilderness will rejoice and blossom. Like the crocus, it will burst into bloom; it will rejoice greatly and shout for joy. The glory of Lebanon will be given to it, the splendor of Carmel and Sharon; they will see the glory of the LORD, the splendor of our God. Strengthen the feeble hands, steady the knees that give way; say to those with fearful hearts, "Be strong, do not fear; your God will come, he will come with vengeance; with divine retribution he will come to save you." Then will the eyes of the blind be opened and the ears of the deaf unstopped. Then will the lame leap like a deer, and the mute tongue shout for joy. Water will gush forth in the wilderness and streams in the desert. The burning sand will become a pool, the thirsty ground bubbling springs. In the haunts where jackals once lay, grass and reeds and papyrus will grow. And a highway will be there; it will be called the Way of Holiness. The unclean will not journey on it; it will be for those who walk in that Way; wicked fools will not go about on it. No lion will be there, nor will any ferocious beast get up on it; they will not be found there. But only the redeemed will walk there, and the ransomed of the LORD will return. They will enter Zion with singing; everlasting joy will crown their heads. Gladness and joy will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee away." (Isaiah 35:1-10)
In the above passages, the context describes things which will happen in the end-times and beyond, and these prophecies tell us that the desert around Israel will rejoice and blossom and burst into bloom in the end-times, and that Israel will fill the world with fruit.
"But your dead will live; their bodies will rise. You who dwell in the dust, wake up and shout for joy. Your dew is like the dew of the morning; the earth will give birth to her dead. Go, my people, enter your rooms and shut the doors behind you; hide yourselves for a little while until his wrath has passed by. See, the LORD is coming out of his dwelling to punish the people of the earth for their sins. The earth will disclose the blood shed upon her; she will conceal her slain no longer. In that day, the LORD will punish with his sword, his fierce, great and powerful sword, Leviathan the gliding serpent, Leviathan the coiling serpent; he will slay the monster of the sea. In that day-- "Sing about a fruitful vineyard: I, the LORD, watch over it; I water it continually. I guard it day and night so that no one may harm it. I am not angry. If only there were briers and thorns confronting me! I would march against them in battle; I would set them all on fire. Or else let them come to me for refuge; let them make peace with me, yes, let them make peace with me." In days to come Jacob will take root, Israel will bud and blossom and fill all the world with fruit." (Isaiah 26:19-27:6)
In fulfillment of these end-times prophecies, the parched and burning wastelands of Israel are now blooming, and Israel actually exports hundreds of thousands of tons of fruits and vegetables each year to other countries. For example, here are some quotes from The Jewish Virtual Library, based on research from Israel's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (see Israeli Agriculture: Coping with Growth
): "Today, just under a quarter of the income of Israel's farmers derives from the export of fresh produce, including items such as flowers, avocados, out-of-season vegetables and certain exotic fruits grown for export. In 1996 some 140,000 tons of fruit and vegetables - 14 percent of the entire crop - were sold to factories for processing and export."
The parched and burning wastelands of Israel are now budding and blossoming and filling all the world with fruit in fulfillment of end-times Bible prophecy.
"Desert agriculture is already playing an indispensable role in Israel's economy."
"Since the late 1950s, Israel has been sharing its agricultural expertise with scores of countries. MASHAV, the Center for International Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is active in Asia, Africa, the Mediterranean Basin, Eastern Europe and Latin America; and it is broadening its cooperation programs with a growing number of countries in the Middle East."
"Citrus, the country's oldest export sector, continues to be a leading export product with hundreds of thousands of tons of oranges, pink and white grapefruits, lemons, pomelos and several varieties of easy-peeling tangerines, as well as concentrates, juices and other products, shipped abroad annually."
"Today, most flowers are sold by the individual growers directly to buyers in the flower auctions of the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and elsewhere"
"Ornamental plants are a rapidly growing industry. Over $50 million worth of scores of different ornamental plants, either as rooted or un-rooted cuttings, or in pots in various stages of growth, are exported worldwide, but predominantly to Europe."
The pieces are falling into place. The world is shaping itself into an exact picture of the end-times world described throughout the Bible. Jesus is returning soon. - The Lord told Zephaniah that in the end-times, the time when He will pour out His wrath on the whole world, He will purify the lips of the people:
""Therefore wait for me," declares the LORD, "for the day I will stand up to testify. I have decided to assemble the nations, to gather the kingdoms and to pour out my wrath on them -- all my fierce anger. The whole world will be consumed by the fire of my jealous anger. Then will I purify the lips of the peoples, that all of them may call on the name of the LORD and serve him shoulder to shoulder."" (Zephaniah 3:8-9)
According to Strong's Hebrew Dictionary, the word "lips" means "language, lip, speech, talk, words," and so on, and the word "peoples" means "a people (as a congregated unit); spec. a tribe (as those of Israel)."
So this prophecy is often taken to mean that the speech (the language) of the people of Israel will be "purified" in the end-times. This is brought out more clearly in the Revised Standard Version:"Yea, at that time I will change the speech of the peoples to a pure speech, that all of them may call on the name of the Lord and serve Him with one accord." (Zephaniah 3:9)
When the Jews were scattered throughout the nations after the fall of Jerusalem in 70 A.D., Hebrew as a language for daily communication died out (see Bringing a Language Back from the Dead
at Israel's Ministry of Foreign Affairs website). Hebrew was still used for religious purposes, but it became extinct as a daily spoken language.
In the late 1800's, a man named Eliezer Ben-Yehuda decided to dedicate his life to reviving the Hebrew language for daily communication, and he coined hundreds of new Hebrew words (see Eliezer Ben-Yehuda: A Language Reborn
at Israel's Ministry of Foreign Affairs website). He wanted his son to be the first all-Hebrew speaking child in modern history, so he made his wife promise to speak only Hebrew around their son. This also meant that visitors to his house had to speak Hebrew (if they didn't know Hebrew, then he sent his son to bed so that his son would never hear any language other than Hebrew!).
If you remember your history lessons, recall that Old English was spoken from the 5th century until the 11th century (see Old English Online
). For example, here is part of the poem "Beowulf," which was written in Old English (see Old English Online - Lesson 1
): HWÆT, WE GAR-DEna in geardagum
Imagine how incredibly difficult it would be to revive Old English and to make new words for new technology, and then to convince everyone in America or England to speak Old English as their primary language. Yet Hebrew (which had been extinct as a daily language since 70 A.D. or earlier) became the official language of Israel when Israel was re-established in 1948, and now they are able to read the Old Testament Scriptures in the original language.

The lips (the speech) of the people of Israel have now been purified in fulfillment of end-times Bible prophecy.
The pieces are all falling into place. We're in "the end of the age," and we are seeing that all of these different lines of end-times prophecies are all coming together in the same timeframe (beginning in the twentieth century). Jesus is returning soon.

Jesus said that even though we don't know when He will return, we can know the season of His return:
"At that time they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near." He told them this parable: "Look at the fig tree and all the trees. When they sprout leaves, you can see for yourselves and know that summer is near. Even so, when you see these things happening, you know that the kingdom of God is near."" (Luke 21:27-31)In the above passage, Jesus said that it will be possible to recognize the season of the Second Coming. In addition, He rebuked the religious leaders of the day because they could not interpret the signs of their times:
"The Pharisees and Sadducees came to Jesus and tested him by asking him to show them a sign from heaven. He replied, "When evening comes, you say, 'It will be fair weather, for the sky is red,' and in the morning, 'Today it will be stormy, for the sky is red and overcast.' You know how to interpret the appearance of the sky, but you cannot interpret the signs of the times."" (Matthew 16:1-3)It is important for us to interpret the signs of our times because many of the events described in the book of Revelation and in other prophetic passages have already happened in the last half of the twentieth century or else they are well underway. Here are some examples:
- Around 930 B.C. the nation of Israel split into two. The ten northern tribes formed the kingdom of Israel, and the two southern tribes formed the kingdom of Judah. The northern kingdom of Israel was invaded around 722 B.C. by the Assyrians, who destroyed the nation and carried the 10 tribes into captivity. In 586 B.C., the Babylonians conquered the southern kingdom of Judah, and they destroyed the city of Jerusalem and the First Temple, and they carried most of the remaining Jews into exile. Later, many Jews returned and rebuilt the temple, but multitudes of Jews remained scattered throughout the nations of the world. In 70 A.D., the Roman army attacked Jerusalem and destroyed the Second Temple, and those Jews were scattered among the nations. For example, the book of James was specifically written to the 12 tribes of the Dispersion, and Acts chapter 2 says that Jews from every nation under heaven were in Jerusalem for Pentecost. For a timeline of these events, see the Historical Highlights at Israel's Ministry of Foreign Affairs
.
So the Jews have been dispersed throughout the world for thousands of years. After the New Testament was written, for almost 2 millennia there was never again a united Jewish nation of Israel nor a Jewish temple in Jerusalem.
According to Bible prophecy, however, Israel will be reborn as a nation because God said that He will gather the Jews from around the world back to the nation of Israel:"Hold before their eyes the sticks you have written on and say to them, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: I will take the Israelites out of the nations where they have gone. I will gather them from all around and bring them back into their own land. I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel. There will be one king over all of them and they will never again be two nations or be divided into two kingdoms.'" (Ezekiel 37:20-22)
For the past several hundred years (according to prophecy teachers), people who study Bible prophecy have been saying that the absolute surest sign of the soon return of Jesus will be when Israel is re-established as a nation. For hundreds of years, other people scoffed at the idea of Israel ever being reborn as a nation. They said that it will never happen.
In 1948, the nation of Israel was re-established in fulfillment of end-times Bible prophecy.
The birth pains are continuing. The pieces are falling into place. The world is shaping itself into an exact picture of the end-times world described in Bible prophecy. - In addition to Ezekiel 37:20-22 (above), a number of other passages clearly describe a regathering of Jews from among all of the nations back to Israel in the end-times:
"As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign LORD, I will rule over you with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm and with outpoured wrath. I will bring you from the nations and gather you from the countries where you have been scattered--with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm and with outpoured wrath. I will bring you into the desert of the nations and there, face to face, I will execute judgment upon you. As I judged your fathers in the desert of the land of Egypt, so I will judge you, declares the Sovereign LORD. I will take note of you as you pass under my rod, and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant. I will purge you of those who revolt and rebel against me. Although I will bring them out of the land where they are living, yet they will not enter the land of Israel. Then you will know that I am the LORD." (Ezekiel 20:33-38)
Notice that these passages describe a regathering of Jews back to the land of Israel in an unrepentant condition, which will take place before the day of the Lord's wrath begins. That phrase, "the day of the Lord's wrath," is one of several specific terms which are used throughout the Old and New Testaments to describe a future seven-year period of time during which God will pour out His wrath on the earth. That's the time period when the prophecies about the Antichrist, the mark of the beast, and so on, will be fulfilled, and we usually refer to this future seven-year period as "the Tribulation." Sometimes the Old and New Testaments refer to this time period as the "time of Jacob's trouble" (Jeremiah 30:7), the "Tribulation" (Deuteronomy 4:30), the "day of vengeance" (Isaiah 34:8), the "time of distress" (Daniel 12:1), the "day of the Lord" (1 Thessalonians 5:2), the "day of the Lord's wrath" (Zephaniah 1:18), the "day of God's wrath" (Romans 2:5), or simply the "day of wrath" (Zephaniah 1:5). These are terms which are often used in the Bible to describe the future seven-year Tribulation period.
"Then the word of the LORD came to me: "Son of man, the house of Israel has become dross to me; all of them are the copper, tin, iron and lead left inside a furnace. They are but the dross of silver. Therefore this is what the Sovereign LORD says: 'Because you have all become dross, I will gather you into Jerusalem. As men gather silver, copper, iron, lead and tin into a furnace to melt it with a fiery blast, so will I gather you in my anger and my wrath and put you inside the city and melt you. I will gather you and I will blow on you with my fiery wrath, and you will be melted inside her. As silver is melted in a furnace, so you will be melted inside her, and you will know that I the LORD have poured out my wrath upon you.'"" (Ezekiel 22:17-22)
"Therefore say to the house of Israel, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: It is not for your sake, O house of Israel, that I am going to do these things, but for the sake of my holy name, which you have profaned among the nations where you have gone. I will show the holiness of my great name, which has been profaned among the nations, the name you have profaned among them. Then the nations will know that I am the LORD, declares the Sovereign LORD, when I show myself holy through you before their eyes. For I will take you out of the nations; I will gather you from all the countries and bring you back into your own land. I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your impurities and from all your idols. I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. And I will put my Spirit in you and move you to follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws.'" (Ezekiel 36:22-27)
"Gather together, gather together, O shameful nation, before the appointed time arrives and that day sweeps on like chaff, before the fierce anger of the LORD comes upon you, before the day of the Lord's wrath comes upon you." (Zephaniah 2:1-2)
So according to Bible prophecy, the Jews will be regathered back to Israel in an unrepentant condition before the seven-year Tribulation begins.
This end-times regathering of Jews back to Israel began during the twentieth century. With the fall of Communism, for example, Russian Jews were finally free to leave the Soviet Union, and multitudes flocked to Israel (as you might recall from the airlifts on the nightly news some years ago). In the area where Israel now exists there were roughly 50,000 Jews in 1900. When Israel was re-established as a nation in 1948 there were roughly 650,000 Jews. By 1998 there were almost 5,000,000 Jews in Israel (see the Jewish Population in the World and in Israel
, which comes from Israel's Central Bureau of Statistics
).
Some Christians do not believe that the modern country of Israel is a fulfillment of end-times prophecy because they believe that the Bible says that the Jews must be repentant before they can be restored back to their land. However, the above passages clearly describe a regathering of Jews back to Israel in an unrepentant state before God's wrath is poured out on them. This exactly describes the modern country of Israel because it has not yet turned to Jesus as the Messiah, and God's wrath being poured out on them is an exact description of what will happen during the seven-year Tribulation as God tries to turn their hearts to His Son. Jewish Christians and Gentile Christians alike should "pray for the peace of Jerusalem" (Psalm 122:6). For more on this, I invite you to see my article called Is Modern Israel a Fulfillment of Prophecy?
So the Bible says that before the seven-year Tribulation period begins ("the day of the Lord's wrath"), the Jews from all of the countries where they were scattered will be gathered back to Israel. This doesn't necessarily mean that every single Jew will return to Israel, but this end-times regathering is currently in progress, right in front of our eyes, in fulfillment of end-times Bible prophecy.
The pieces are falling into place. Jesus is returning soon.

create a one world currency. And it occurs to me that well, it may be one
of the signs for the end times. Curious, i went to search the net for
information on this and i found a website that tries to explain the
revelation in the Bible. I find it very interesting and thought that i would
share a small part of it every few days when I am free so that more people
can get to see. I wouldnt say that the author is 100% correct, but i think
his explainations are rather reasonable and possible.

What Will Be the Sign of the End of the Age?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
consider an illustration concerning idioms or expressions. Notice that if a sports team says, "We're going to whip those guys," they probably mean that they have a game coming up, and they intend to score more points than the other team. But if a street gang says, "We're going to whip those guys," they probably mean that they're planning to fight another gang, and some people are going to be hurt. And during wartime, if people say, "We're going to whip those guys," they mean that they're going to defeat the enemy, and people are going to die.
Now, consider a person from a foreign country. If he hears us say, "We're going to whip those guys," maybe he knows enough English to know that a whip is a long, flexible thing that you whip people with. Therefore, he might imagine that we are literally going to take a whip and whip some people. So in order to properly understand an idiom or an expression, not only is the context important, but it is also important to take into account the culture and even the time period in which that idiom is being used.
With that in mind, let's look at Matthew 24:3-8. In this passage, the disciples asked Jesus what will be the one specific sign of His return and of the end of history as we know it. Jesus' reply takes up virtually all of chapters 24 and 25 of Matthew's Gospel, and it provides a lot of information concerning things to come. He began His answer by saying that there will be wars and rumors of wars, but He said that these have no bearing on the end of the age:
"As Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately. "Tell us," they said, "when will this happen, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?" Jesus answered: "Watch out that no one deceives you. For many will come in my name, claiming, 'I am the Christ,' and will deceive many. You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains."" (Matthew 24:3-8)This is how Jesus' reply is recorded in Luke's Gospel:
""When you hear of wars and revolutions, do not be frightened. These things must happen first, but the end will not come right away." Then he said to them: "Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be great earthquakes, famines and pestilences in various places, and fearful events and great signs from heaven."" (Luke 21:9-11)Notice in this passage how the statement, "Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom," is set apart from Jesus' previous statement about wars and revolutions. Luke has inserted the phrase, "Then he said to them," as a break between these two statements, indicating a separation between two thoughts. The statement, "Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom," is not merely a continuation of Jesus' comment about wars and revolutions, but instead it is a separate thought with a separate meaning.
Recall the example of "We're going to whip those guys." In order to understand an idiom or an expression, it's important to take into account not only the context, but also the culture and the time period in which that idiom is being used. Jesus and the first disciples were Jews who lived in the Middle East in the first century, and Jesus used the Jewish idiom, "Nation against nation, kingdom against kingdom." In those days, that was a form of expression which described a total conflict in whatever area was being discussed. According to Dr. Arnold Fruchtenbaum:
"The key factor then is to find out the meaning of the idiom, "nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom." This idiom, taken in the Jewish context of the day when it was spoken, points to a total conflict of the area in view." (The Footsteps of the Messiah, Dr. Arnold Fruchtenbaum, p.63)For example, this same form of expression is used in Isaiah 19:2 to describe a total conflict all over Egypt:
"I will stir up Egyptian against Egyptian -- brother will fight against brother, neighbor against neighbor, city against city, kingdom against kingdom." (Isaiah 19:2)This doesn't necessarily mean that every Egyptian or every city or every kingdom in that area was involved in the conflict, but it tells us the scope of the conflict.
The same form of expression is used in 2 Chronicles 15:5-6 to describe a total conflict all over "the lands" (the Middle East):
"And in those times there was no peace to him that went out, nor to him that came in; but great vexations were upon all the inhabitants of the lands. And they were broken in pieces, nation against nation, and city against city" (2 Chronicles 15:5-6, American Standard Version)Again, this doesn't necessarily mean that every person or every city or every nation in that area was involved in the conflict, but it tells us the scope of the conflict.
This was a Jewish form of expression which described a total conflict in the area being discussed, whether it was a city or a nation or a region. Jesus used that same idiom, and then He put it into context for us. Notice that as Jesus replied to the disciples' questions in Matthew 24 and 25, He made repeated references to "the whole world" and to "all nations," as in Matthew 24:14:
"And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come." (Matthew 24:14)Recall that in Matthew 24:3-8, the disciples had asked Jesus what will be the one specific sign that the end of the age has begun. First Jesus said that there will always be wars and revolutions, but they are not the sign of the end. Then He said that there will be a specific type of war, and this war will be the one sign to watch for to know that the end of the age has begun. Based on the first-century Jewish idiom that Jesus used, and based on the context that He gave us for this idiom, that specific type of war is a world war, which will be accompanied by earthquakes, pestilence, and famine (Matthew 24:3-8 and Luke 21:9-11, above). Again, this doesn't necessarily mean that every person or every country in the world will be involved in the conflict, but it tells us the scope of the conflict.
So Jesus said that when a world war takes place, accompanied by earthquakes, pestilence, and famine, this will be the specific sign which tells us that the end of history has begun.
In 1914-1918, the first-ever world war took place, and it was accompanied by major earthquakes, pestilence, and famine, just as Jesus had prophesied.
Many historians agree that World War II was essentially a continuation of World War I (see for example Papers on World War 1 & 2
After WWI, a U.S. Senator gave a speech in which he said: "The late war cost seven million lives . . . It has destroyed hundreds of towns . . . it has brought in its train . . . pestilence and famine."
In between these world wars there was a pestilence which killed between 20 and 40 million people worldwide in 1918-1919 (see The Influenza Pandemic of 1918
What this all boils down to is that beginning in 1914 we had the first-ever world war, which was accompanied by famines, pestilences, and earthquakes, just as Jesus had prophesied. Jesus said that this will be the one specific sign to watch for which will signal the end of history as we know it.
Now, when a woman goes into labor, it might last a few minutes, or several hours, or even longer. That's the human timeframe for labor. In God's timeframe, we really don't know how long the "birth pains" (as Jesus called them) will last.
But the "birth pains" have begun. We're in "labor" right now. We're in "the end of the age," and we have been in the end of the age since about 1914. History as we know it is drawing to a close. Jesus is returning soon! Are you ready?
Maybe it’s time to be hygiene
Maybe you should be quarantined
Don’t be a spreader, we stay clean together
We’ll pick the kutus from each other’s hair!
When you wash your body, wash your hands too
When you wash your body, wash your hands too
If you think you’re infected
Don’t blur block go Orchard
Don’t pass to somebody somebody somebody
When you wash your body, wash your hands too
When you wash your body, wash your hands too
Must wash after pang jio
The Wonder Girls damn chio
They dowan your body your body your body
Back in the days when we only took a bath monthly now
Looking at you I feel, as sick Kim Jong Ill
Your breath smell like kimchi, you see
There’s no vaccine eugene
Go wash your body
Your body your body, wash your hands too
Her son has just passed away. Sighhh.. I feel so sad for her
really.. very very sad.. Losing a child is not easy at all. Luckily,
her son has already received Christ and at least, aunty can
noe that she will see him again in heaven.
She called me tonight at about 7plus and when she told me the
news, i was like so shocked.. =/ Poor thing.. But maybe it is
also good for the aunty. At the very least, she dun have to worry
for her son anymore. No more worries whether her son will heal
or not. Still, this sadness stays in my heart. Lets have a moment
of silence to show our condolences.
*one minute later*
Ok, that is it.. anw, i forgot to say sth.. I am really happy my bro and
parents are very safe and not dead or injured from the car accident
that happened a few days back. I am thankful to God for safe guarding
them and protecting them. Thank you my Lord.. =)
All right.. That is all for tonight.. Adios blogg..
and keep getting those butterflies in my stomach. I wonder why i will have
butterflies since i dun eat caterpillars/cocoons/any butter that flies into my
mouth. =/ Trying to relax myself and chill. Got a last lesson with my instructor
today and i really hope today will be good too. Then it can help me boost my
confidence. Hehehe.. =)
I dun like being so nervous.. It can be so tiring u noe.. Like i have to shift around
alot since being nervous and having butterflies in my stomach make me feel
like shitting. Hey, i just did ok, and it still makes me wanna shit again. =x
I really pray that God will help me to pass my driving test tmr. I really dun
wanna re-do the test again man. Pls help me!!!
Oh, before all this happened, on Tues, i went for a hair cut!! =) Now, i look
just like how i look like when i am in the army being a recruit. Of cos, there
are some differences like my skin tone is lighter now as compared to then
when i was in the army. I dun really like this hair tho.. but Eunice seems to
love it alot.. Lol.. So ok lor, at least she like it cos this hair aso cut for her to
see one.. Hehehe..
The study break was good. It was a good break for me from school. But now,
i really need to work again and i feel abit sian la.. =x I dun like tests at all.
heh.. So anw, i shall go now.. till next time, Adios blogg.. =)
so many darn mistakes in driving. How how how?? You tell
me how!! Te - te -te -te -te -tell me... =x
I hope i can pass.. All the best to myself..
It has already been like 12 days since i last blog.. Wow.. Didnt realize it has
been so long. It is the holidays this week. It is a very much needed break
from school since it has been a tough one. heh.. Anyways.... It is OUR 8
months together! We met up to get my hair cut and for dinner yesterday.
However, i didnt manage to get any hair cut cos the shop has closed earlier
since it is a public holiday here. Heh.. Went to NANDOS for dinner. It was
good as usual, especially since i am eating with her and it's our 8 months
and all ya know.. hahaha.. =P Called our usual dish for 2 ppl to share with
LARGE chips. hehe..
Today, we met again for movies, a trip to Sam's house and for my hair cut. =)
We finally watched PINK PANTHER 2.. Omgg.. It is so friggin hiiilariousss laa!
I like that french accent the inspector cleusau (however u spell that) have.. It
is very comical.. Especially how he says the word hamburger.. LOL!! Anyway,
before we watch, we decided to get some popcorns and drink to share. So
while we are waiting for our turn, we saw one guy holding a rather bigger sized
popcorn bag with pink panther on it. As is is larger than the others we saw, we
thought that was the large one and so ordered it. It turns out that we are WRONG.
Lol.. Let me show you what we got for a LARGE popcorn combo.. =P
See that?? the popcorn is even bigger than her head la.. Lol!!
Another one.. See how cute she is.. xD
Look at the expression on her face.. It is the classic face.. =P
Lastly, this is her tryin to grab a handful.. Lol..
So that is it.. Our movie session.. It was very fun and filling.. haha..
With all the popcorn and stuff.. u noe.. =P
So after that, we went to Sam's place to check if she still left her garage
door open or not. Unfortunately, she had it locked and we couldnt get
the winter clothes. She is one weird fellow.. Msg her to say Sat cannot
and ask if Tue can or not. But she nv reply. If ppl ask, she confirm will
give the standard reply of nv receiveing any msg.. Confirm, guarantee
plus chop. She has some serious attitude problem IMO.. heh..
After stopping by her place, we went to the city for my hair cut. Hmmm..
With the special request from EUNICE TAN KAI XIN, i have cut my hair
to a number 3 hairstyle. The kind of hairstyle NS recruits have after a few
weeks in army. =/ I still find it quite er xin.. but hey, since she thinks that
it is nice, then ok lor.. hahaha.. But no more next time. Ima cut it so that
there are some more longer hair in the middle.. Lol.. So just in case u
guys are curious to how i look.. Here goes...
The typical bu shuang face.. Lol..
ok.. that is the last one.. =x
Alright, that is all for now.. Until next time, adios blogg..
P.S. I love you
morning a few weeks later. Man.. I am actually quite nervous and
stressed about it already. I really dun wanna fail cos it will jus waste
more money than is necessary and also waste more time than i am
prepared to "waste". VICTORIA!! Lend me the book that
you said u wanna lend me for the test please TYVM!
Anw, I will be a little occupied with the writing of the psych lab report
this week and the next. Dunno how to do the report.. Siannss.. Got
to figure out how to replicate the graphs and stuff.. Man, i dun like
reports.. But i dun like bio essays or exams more.. Psych is far
more interesting and easy to learn than bio.. =x
I currently have THREE things in mind that i must have.. They are:
- An even more hardworking attitude so that i can get the best grade
i can have in school.
- A good job that pays well so that i can spend more on luxury stuff
and eat more since i am always hungry.. =x
- To pass and get the driving license ASAP and then hopefully, i can
get a car either with my own money gotten from the jobs or.. Maybe my
parents would feel generous to buy me a car that costs at most $8000?
It is cheap rite?? =P
Alright, with those things in mind, i am getting more stessed already..
CMI man.. Got to go alr.. Adios blogg! =/
bit. Unless i know the test is gonna be easy and that i sure get very
good grades la.. Lol.. =P Went to school to study in the library today.
Read through a few notes and the answers for the practice questions.
I hope i can do well man..
I think i need more $$$ already.. Nowadays, i keep feeling so hungry
during lunch time and yet i cannot go buy food cos if i do, i cannot save
money for the weekend and stuff.. Siann.. Somebody help me and do
some charity please! Hahaha.. =P
Ok, i dunno wad to say already.. Bye.. Adios blogg..
- Mood:
gloomy
worthy of blogging + I am jus plain lazy to think of anything or even typing on this
blog. So.. Yeah, that explains the MIA.. So.. For the past week, I have done a couple
of stuff. But one thing hasnt changed. I am still like the homestay english teacher
for my Korean housemate. Lol.. Everyday without fail, he will come knocking on my
door several times until it is about 10pm then he wun knock already. Let me give you
a typical scenario of him coming in..... His name is Seho by the way. (SH)
*Knock knock knock*
Y: "Yeah? Come in!"
SH: "Yah.. Sorry uh.. Can you listen to me?"
Y: "Yea, jus say."
SH: "Cooking annoy me?"
Y: "Hmm.. Ok, it is cooking annoys me."
SH: "Oh, cookings annoy me?"
Y: "No, cooking.. annoys.. me.."
SH: "Oh, ok.. Cooking.. annoys me?"
Y: "Yes, that is correct."
SH: "Ok, thank you.. Cooking annoys me.. Correct?"
*I nod my head*
SH: "Uh.. Sorry, one more question?"
*I nod my head again*
SH: "How pronounce.. azith?"
Y: "Hah?? What? Err.. What is that?"
SH: "Azith.. AZITH!! You know? Azith?"
Y: "Err.. No, i dun know.. How do you spell it?"
SH: "Ok.. Spell.. E..X..I..S..T.. You know-we?"
Y: "Oh! Exist.. Ok, it is pronounced as exist.."
SH: "Azith?"
SH:" Axith?"
Y: "No No No No... ok, follow me..EX.."
SH: "Ex..."
Y: "Zist"
SH: "Zist.."
Y: "Exist"
SH: "Ezith"
Y: "Nonono.. It is exist. Not Ezith. Again. Exist"
SH: "Axith"
*Sontinues on for about one minute.... *
SH: "Exist"
Y: "Yes.. Correct.. Exist"
SH: "Ok.. Exith.."
Y: " ................................ "
SH: "Ok, thank Qouu.. Thank Qouu.."
*He pats my back*
SH: "You my english teacher.. Hehe.. Thank Qouu.."
Y: "No problem.."
*smiles*
Ok.. That is about it.. Normally, it would be more than this.. But if i were to post
it all up, this post will be the longest post ever.. Lol.. Normally he will come in
for about 5mins. Then go back his room, then come back again after awhile.
The cycle just repeats itself for a number of times before it is at last about 10pm
and he says "Ok, last question.." OR "Ok, Really really last question.." Sometimes,
i think he can be quite funny when he asks la.. But sometimes, it does get a little
irritating.. Especially when i am busy.. =x
So anyway, i have just finished my lab book for week 1 and week 2 today. Glad
i did it. But i still got question for teacher.. Hahaha.. Oh well.. But i am happy I
finished those already. So that is one thing off my mind for now. Hehe.. xD Have
tried to help aunty fix up her cupboard the other day but coulnt do it since one of the
sides of the cupboard have no holes for me to fix the screws onto.. Heh.. So she
have to take it back and ask for refund. Heh..
The uncle still haven got back home from hospital man. Everyday my homestay aunt
have to travel to the hospital to visit him or she will be scolded. Lol.. Uncle has got
a severe infection on his upper back and am undergoing treatment by antibiotics
that require about 6 weeks to fully "flush" out all the bacteria. =x Then after "flushing",
he will need to go for physio some more to make his legs grow stronger so he can walk
properly and not fall down again when he come back home. Haha.. Man. It has really
been a very long time since i have seen him at home la.. Heh..
Alright, that is about all for now.. Until next time, Adios blogg! =)
Yes! At last, the week is going to come to an end soon. Have been rather
tired this week. Must be the need to wake up early in the morning to go to
school. I miss the wake up late times in my holidays. Hahaha.. =P
Today has been rather good. Have my first driving lesson since i came back
to Perth. This time round, i think the instructor is much better than the last one.
In fact, he is the owner of the driving school, Western Suburbs Driving School!
I like the way he teaches me more than the last one. His name is Rod.. A weird
name to have though.. Why must driving instructors have such weird names?
Slav.. Rod.. What next? Staff? Rofl..
Anyway, i forgot to tell you guys that this year, there is a change to my homestay
mates. They are all guys now! =) Dun have to keep facing girls all day.. Hahaha..
Not that i am complaining, but it is essential that i have some communication
with my own gender too right? Haha.. (P.S. Dun worry my LOVE I still LOVE your
company.. xD )
The two guys are from China and Korea. The China one is 18 and the Korea
one is 24. I think both are rather nice la.. Both attending language school in
Taylor's college. The Chinese have better grasp of his English and i am rather
glad he has. Cos the Korean guy's English is really not good at all. So now
I am like The Korean guy's English teacher. He ask me to write a sentence for him
everyday. Hahaha.. Maybe I should charge him tuition fees eh? Wakaka.. =P
Like maybe $0.50 per sentence of English he asks me to correct him. Then i think
maybe i can earn at least $5 a day. Haha.. Not much, but not bad la hor? Lol..
Kidding.. How can i do such a thing to a poor kid.. Even though he is 24, he really
talk and behave like a small kid.. Seriously.. Hahahaha..
Ok, I have one last thing to say.. And it is an announcement to all that reads my blog!
AHEM
Soon, it will be full speed ahead if i am going to be able to get a
wonderful result slip at the end of the semester. Have done some
"research" the past week to know what i need to be able to get into
the honours program for Psychology. It is rather not easy i suppose..
I need like a D/HD in one of the 3rd year Psyc stats units and aso a
D/HD for another unit in 3rd year that involves research topics. =x
Then plus the average mark must be 65% and above then can.
Not easy i think.. =x But well, i shall work for it and hopefully, God
will give me the intelligence to be able to do well. =)
I have also been searching for part-time jobs this past week. Have
so far been rejected by KFC and one food&wine company saying
they do not need any more people. =( So sad rite? I hope God will
provide a good job for me in the end. A well paying one and one that
suits my Timetable and stuff.. xD
Gonna be having a new driving instructor this time. I hope he wun
be as bad tempered as the last one and is more patient in teaching
me. I really hope to be able to take the prac exam by the 1st week of
May. Then i can hopefully get my P plate at the end of the year in
November! Hehe.. =)
Ok la, i go do other things alr.. Buaii!! Adios blogg.. =)
to take the same flight as Eunice back to Perth! =) So it is like a valentine's
flight to us. Hehe.. We waited for her dad to reach Perth and settle the car
and handphone things before she and her dad go to their hotel and i wait
for my homestay aunt to pick me up. She took about 40mins i think? I wait
till very sian man. Haha.. Then she told me the reason why she took so long.
Cos she wasnt paying attention and went to the domestic airport instead.
Hahaha..
After reachin back home, i put down my things and then ate a slice of cake that
aunty have prepared for me. Then i went on my way to find Eunice and her dad
at the old homestay. Helped to pack all the things and sort them out. Eunice
ah, u really got alot of extra/spare things.. Got a 2 year supply alr you. Heh.. =)
The packing took maybe 2hours plus? finished at 8pm++ if i am not wrong.
And we went to Freo to have fish&chips. Yummy!! =)
The next day, i also went to meet them at St Cats for lunch and then help unpack
some of her things too. The lunch there was not bad la. But as all colleges and
army do, i think the 1st day with the parents would be the best meal they will
ever get alr. Haha..
On Mon, i met them at St Cats early in the morning and then went to the city for
breakfast cum lunch since it is at 11am. The meal was really good, Thank You!
Then went buying some necessities that Eunice needs and then aso pay
the school fees. Packed her room up abit too. Alot of small small stuff that i too
lazy to put it down here already la hor? Heh.. Went to South Ocean for dinner
if i am not wrong.. The dinner there was good, plus the fact that i am friggin
hungry already, the meal was fantastic and again, Thank You! =) Her dad
sent me home after dinner and then they went back to St Cats. Luckily, i
dun think they got lost anymore.. xD
For today, it will be a very free day for me. Nothing much i can do. So.. I'll
just do what i can. But come to Perth and have nth real to do quite sian u noe?
Like so weird.. But i guess i still appreciate this. Wun be this free anymore
when the school starts rite? =p Tmr, i shall be going out to meet Eunice to
see our Timetable + pay my sch fees + fix her printer to the laptop + go city
see see look look + etc etc etc that tmr then we noe. Haven plan anything
more yett.. =x
Alright, i shall stop here for now.. Adios blogg.. =)
P.S. I got another webbie that will help earn a lil money. It is pay per click.
This is the link.. http://bux.to/?r=TiG3rR
Please help me too.. =P
